Jon Beatty joined IAE as President and CEO in January 2007. Before his appointment to IAE, Jon was, most recently, Vice President for Operational Commercial Engine Programs at Pratt & Whitney, where he carried responsibility for all in-service commercial engine programs. In addition, he carried responsibility for Customer Technical Support and Warranty. Prior to this, he was Program Director V2500, was an associate member of the IAE Executive Board and managed the Pratt & Whitney partnership share of IAE. Before joining Pratt & Whitney, Jon was Vice President, Programs & Marketing at BF Goodrich, Chandler Evans, and earlier worked at Allied Signal/Textron Lycoming as a General Manager with responsibility for OEM production and overhaul facilities. He has also served as Program Director, Regional Propulsion and started his career in 1979 as a Quality Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft. |

Ian Aitken joined IAE as Senior Vice President - Customers in April 2008 following a career at Rolls-Royce where he held a number of leadership positions across the Civil Aerospace organization. Ian was most recently President - Corporate and Regional Aircraft, based in Chantilly, Virginia, responsible for directing the company’s global engine strategy in these markets. This is Ian’s second spell at IAE. He first joined the company in 1988 and held the position of Sales Director for North America and then Europe before becoming the Sales Regional Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region. |
Bruce Blythe Vice President Aftermarket & Commercial |

Bruce became IAE's Senior Vice President for Aftermarket & Commercial in March 2007, joining the organization from Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace where he was a Business Development Executive, primarily responsible for strategy in China and for improvement activities as part of the overall business evaluation process. Bruce joined Rolls-Royce in 1989, and held various Commercial Manager roles before being appointed Civil Aerospace's Assistant Vice President, Americas, in 2001. In 2003, he was appointed Customer Business Director, Europe, covering 11 countries with more than 40 customers where he was involved in securing original equipment and aftermarket sales |

David Avery joined IAE in April 2004 as Chief Financial Officer from Pratt & Whitney. In his current role, he is responsible for recording, summarizing and reporting all IAE revenues and costs and providing financial analysis support to marketing campaigns and sales activities. David brings more than 20 years of financial experience at Pratt & Whitney to IAE's Leadership Team and held the position of Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis in the Commercial Engines division prior to his assignment at IAE. His appointment as CFO is his second assignment at IAE after working as a manager in the Finance department from 1998 to 2000. |
Jim Pennito Vice President Operations & Programs | |

Jim was appointed IAE Vice President, Operations & Programs in November 2007 from Pratt & Whitney. Jim joined Pratt & Whitney in 1984 and has progressed through a variety of Engineering, Manufacturing and Program Management roles of increasing responsibility including leadership positions as Engineering Director, Global Services Engineering and Operations Director, Engine Center Test Operations. Most recently, Jim was Program Director, Global Material Solutions. In this role, Jim was responsible for leading the Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT), ensuring the execution of program deliverables while achieving cost, schedule and quality objectives. |
Michael Goeing Vice President Engineering | |

Michael joined the IAE team as Vice President, Engineering in 2005, following an earlier secondment to IAE when he led the engineering activity on the Bombardier C Series program. Michael previously worked as Chief Engineer on the BR-715, Tay, Spey and Dart engines for Rolls-Royce Deutschland. He is now accountable for all engine activity on the V2500 and is a member of the Leadership Team. |
